The traffic system is reasonably designed to ensure vehicles reach each plot of land easily and conveniently. The main road is 29m wide, the internal road is 9m wide. The lighting system is installed along the routes.
The 35kV power grid is provided along the internal traffic routes in the industrial cluster, making it convenient for investors to connect to electricity. The Northern Power Corporation is investing in the construction of a 110kV power line and transformer station to supply the industrial cluster.
Clean water is supplied by Phu Tho Water Supply Joint Stock Company, with a capacity of 3,000 m³/day. The water supply system is led to the foot of the fence of the plots. The diameter of the water supply pipe is from D 110 - D 400 mm.
Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are built separately. The diameter of underground rainwater drainage sewers is B 800 - B 2000.
All industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater must be treated by factories to meet minimum standards of level A (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the industrial park's common wastewater drainage system. The diameter of the wastewater drainage pipe is D 300–D 600 mm. The wastewater treatment plant is built with a total treatment capacity of: 1,500 m³/day - night.
Modern telecommunications system meets international standards, fully meeting domestic and international communication services.
Water supply and fire hydrants are installed along the roads.
